Media For 3D Epidermal Cell Culture

Developed using our established signaling-based approach, this completely defined medium enables more rapid establishment of a fully stratified epidermis. Using this medium, models can now be ready for experimentation in just 14 to 18 days.
Like all our media, CnT-02-3DP is supplied as a kit with all the required supplements, and needs no further supplementation.
In addition, these media are also available in 3D starter kits, which include all the reagents necessary for you to create 3D models routinely in your own lab according to a full written protocol.

Free Samples
CELLnTEC is offering free samples to new customers who are interested to test the performance of our precision culture media.
This sample comes as 100 mL supplemented CnT-02-3D Prime medium, which is ready to use. There is no need for additional components. It also includes 6 inserts for lifted culture and 1 mL each of our Stain Solution I and II for confirming confluency.
Important Note: When testing your free sample, it is very important that the keratinocytes used are proliferating well in one of our PCT media (i.e. CnT-07 or CnT-57). If you are not yet using our keratinocyte media for your primary keratinocyte cell culture, we strongly recommend to order a free sample of these media as well.
