CELLnTEC’s long-term keratinocytes are spontaneously transformed cells that provide the convenience of long-term cell growth without senescence. These cells have been isolated from normal tissue and have not been actively transformed.  

Long-term keratinocyte cultures accurately model many biological processes, and have been widely used in investigations ranging from wound healing, to cell signaling and differentiation.

All CELLnTEC long-term cell systems are supplied as a kit containing cryo preserved cells (approximately passage 25) and a bottle of the appropriate culture medium. Cells come with a long-term guarantee.
