Human dermal fibroblasts (HDF) growing in CnT-05 medium, after 4 population doublings (cells grown according to our recommended protocols and seeding densities)

CELLnTEC primary dermal fibroblasts are isolated in our specialized culture medium CnT-05, ensuring maximum cell growth and extended in vitro longevity.

All CELLnTEC primary cells are supplied as a kit, with a 500 mL bottle of the appropriate culture medium (basal medium with frozen supplements). In addition, most kits are available in two sizes, either 1 vial of > 5 x 10⁵ viable cells, or alternatively 3 vials of > 5 x 10⁵ viable cells. Cells are shipped under dry ice but must be stored e.g. liquid nitrogen upon arrival.

Furthermore, CELLnTEC primary cells come with our culture guarantee, which states that successfully established cells, following our protocols and using our media, will continue to proliferate for the population doublings indicated in the data sheets.
