Human Primary Cells

Primary human epithelial cells established in a PCT medium offer excellent morphology, high expression of progenitor cell markers, and extended in vitro longevity prior to senescence. 

The following human primary cells are currently available:

Long-Term Animal Cells

Long-term animal epithelial cells are established from normal tissue, and are provided at approximately passage 25. These cells have spontaneously immortalized in culture, and unlike primary human cells provide long-term in vitro growth (at least 6 months). 

Long-term cells are able to differentiate, and in several cases have also been used to establish 3D cultures. The following cells from several animal species and tissues are available:
