Placing your Order

For most rapid processing, please submit orders by email to orders@cellntec.com or fax (+41 31 331 9583).

Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed by 9.00 am Tuesday and Wednesday will ship the same day (subject to availability). For urgent orders, please get in contact with us to obtain info on the next possible shipping time.

When placing your orders directly to CELLnTEC, you can also fill in this order form (also suitable for credit card orders).

Shipping Charges

EU Member Countries:

In order to speed up deliveries to all EU countries and to minimize your administrative work, CELLnTEC products are shipped „EU cleared“ with our trusted shipping company TNT Swiss Post. With this system (EU Clearance) all our shipments are regarded as intra-community, hence they do not need any pre-clearance or pre-payment of customs charges or VAT (even though Switzerland is not an EU member). With EU clearance, our products are in most cases delivered within 24 hours to all major cities EU wide. In order to accelerate and facilitate the shipping process, please don't forget to add your valid VAT when ordering.

Making sure that our customer's shipping costs remain reasonable, CELLnTEC absorbs 30 to 50% or more of the effective freight charges (depending on the size of the shipment).

For all EU member countries, CELLnTEC uses the following flat-rate shipping charges.

• Shipments with frozen goods: EUR 55.00
• Shipments requiring dry ice*: EUR 55.00 + 15.00 dry ice charge
• Shipments with non-frozen goods**: EUR 30.00

* Orders including cells, 10 or more media kits (basal medium and supplements), or to areas with no guaranteed next day delivery will be shipped with dry ice.

** You may request your media to be delivered already supplemented, thus avoiding the need for a frozen goods shipment. Supplemented media are provided with a shelf-life of 3 months. Simply add COM to the end of the desired catalog number (i.e. CnT-07COM, CnT-02-3DP5COM...). Pre-Supplementation is free of charge.

Non-EU Countries: If your country is not member of the EU, please ask orders@cellntec.com for exact shipping costs and delivery times.
