Pen / Strep / Amphotericin B Solution, Single Aliquots
200 x concentrate, sterile solution, ready-to-use single aliquots of penicillin G sodium salt, streptomycin sulfate and amphotericin B (Fungizone). Working concentration is 100 U / mL penicillin, 100 μg / mL streptomycin and 0.25 μg / mL amphotericin B.
Product Use:
Provides broad-spectrum antibiotic and antimycotic activity for use in tissue culture media. For this 200 x concentrate, use 2.5 mL (one vial) per 500 mL of tissue culture medium.
Pack Size:
10 x 2.5 mL of frozen concentrate (200 x).
Storage / Shelf Life:
Store at -20°C. See label for expiry date.
