KM_CoCulture

Balanced co-culture of keratinocytes & melanocytes obtained by CnT-PR-KM media

Primary keratinocytes and melanocytes are initially expanded in CnT-PR and CnT-40 media respectively. Cells are then seeded at the desired ratio (e.g. 2:1 or 5:1) into standard 2D culture, from which point both cell types proliferate.The medium undergoes a range of QC tests in our lab before being released for sale.
