KM_CoCulture

Balanced co-culture of keratinocytes & melanocytes obtained by CnT-PR-KM media.

Primary keratinocytes and melanocytes are initially expanded in CnT-PR and CnT-40 media respectively. Cells are then seeded at the desired ratio (e.g. 2:1 or 5:1) into standard 2D culture using CnT-PR-KM-HC. From this point, both cell types proliferate. The medium undergoes a range of QC tests in our lab before being released for sale. Please see the datasheet for details. It can easily be upgraded for clinical applications. Contact us at support@cellntec.com for further details and pricing.
